Configuration:

In this module, you can set the starting month and year to properly align your strategic planning. You can also adjust the weighting percentages for criteria and indicators according to your organization’s needs.

Indicators:

Here, you can register and manage your list of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each of the four strategic perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth. The template allows up to 15 indicators per area, with options to configure the format and set specific goals for each KPI.

KPI Data Entry:

This module makes it easy to enter the actual and target data for each KPI on a monthly basis. It features an intuitive form for entering information month by month, allowing detailed and orderly tracking across the four strategic perspectives.

Balanced Scorecard (BSC):

Based on the data entered, this section automatically generates the Balanced Scorecard, showing key results such as objectives, results achieved, variances, status indicators, and comparative analysis. You can review historical information for up to 12 months and view a dashboard with status indicators for quick performance evaluation.

Dashboard BSC:

Designed to offer a graphical and dynamic view of all indicators, this module presents monthly results, a general summary, and trends for each KPI, making it easier to interpret and make strategic decisions.
